Tattoo Idea

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE FLIPPIN' KIDDING ME!

So since I'm the girlfriend in quesiton-here it goes....

y'know.. im not even going to bother with the multiple quote thing- Im honestly not sure what so hard about the phrase "though dirty slut is in the TEMPORARY tattoo, it WOULDNT be in the real thing"

Skip, Gothfreak, and CrystalLight- thank you for your helpful opinions (and no that isnt sarcastic)

1) yeah i do love it (thanks for the lecture though).... next to the panda, its my favorite animal.
2) ITS NOT GOING TO ACTUALLY SAY 'DIRTY SLUT'
3) obviously i like tattoos, i have 2 already.
4) ITS NOT GOING TO ACTUALLY SAY 'DIRTY SLUT'
5) the question was the dolphin design with and without color.
6) ITS NOT GOING TO ACTUALLY SAY 'DIRTY SLUT'
7) he never would have asked the opinion of others without making sure i loved the damn thing first- unlike most guys, he does know what i like and dont like (OMG COMMUNICATION FTW!). we had this convo about the tattoos because yeah, i'd get it THERE because he thinks its hot, but in the end i've wanted another one for a long time now (and again, already have 2).

9) the design, for those that mentioned it, would be altered by an artist slightly to make it work for MY lower back.... though this one is in a lower back section on a site, its kinda ... idk 'square' if that makes sense?

ok.. so in the end... we've determined that besides people not reading the fact that it WILL NOT ACTUALLY SAY 'DIRTY SLUT'.... a few 'not a fan of the tramp stamps' and honest opinions of the size... very helpful points. thank you.

i do love it, and i do want it... it wont be print it out and put it on... the tattoo artist would alter the size and shape slightly for me.

oh and in case you missed the memo ITS NOT ACTUALLY GOING TO SAY 'DIRTY SLUT'....

but yea, hes the sarcastic one.

Yes.. I think the tattoo on her forehead saying " I am a virgin " in Cyrillic characters would be lovely. But the bolt through the neck.. mmm ..not so much.

I have four, and regret might not be the right word, but I have different thoughts about them now. Got most of them before I turned 21, though I'm happy to say that I had some sense to make them all somewhat meaningful, considering their permanency. That said, I think the female body looks best when it's free of any markings like tattoos and such. I got 4, and it is what it is. It's not like I look in the mirror and cry, but I think people should probably wait at least until the judgement part of their brain finishes developing (age 25/26 apparently) before they go making themselves into a coloring book.

well then i guess its good that i got the 2 i did for my dad when he died...

guess its also good that im 26 and apparently can make that sound decision now 🙂
 
They don't call them 'Tramp Stamps' in Britain anymore, but rather 'Arse Antlers'.

Anyway, remember what looks good on a pretty young woman can be embarrassing on a middle-aged matron, especially for the matron herself- bodies change. And, barring early death, we do get older, even though I felt and still feel that I should have been exempt, being an obsolete 20something now incomprehensibly aged 55.

I'm still not quite sure how it happened.
 
i guess im confused on how a simple question asking for an opinion on the DESIGN turned into a lecture about me getting a tattoo... i dont need a lecture, im not stupid, im well aware that bodies change, and i have 2 already... heres the best part about it, IT DOESNT HAVE TO SHOW... oy.
 
I wasn't lecturing anyone. People are free to do what they wish with their own bodies. I think many people feel the need to give a word of warning when people ask for input on tattoo ideas, especially with the younguns, since they assume most young people don't think things through very well.

Any way, people should do what they want. Someone else's ink doesn't really affect anyone's life but theirs. Meh.

At any rate, my original post was based on personal experience(s) and directed at femfttickler21. No offense or lectures intended.

alright well, since he has none and im the one thats thinking about getting that design the regretting the ink would be directed at me, not him... but alright 🙂 no offense taken.

I'm just confused, as was my girlfriend, how when I was asking what people thought of the tattoo idea and it turned into should you or shouldn't you get a tattoo at all. As she said she has them already which means she understands the ramifications of it. I'm more the one that thinks whats it gonna look like when I'm 60 kinda person which is why I've never actually gotten one yet. Maybe eventually I will but who knows.

Oh and by the way.....Its not actually gonna say Dirty Slut.....lol
