Apparently she's the next Dolly Parton - her official site says she hasn't turned 19 yet, one would presume this means she is 18.
 
I think she's actually 19 now. I do know her b-day is in December so she's either 18 going on 19 or 19 going on 20.
 
You know who has beautiful feet? Miley Cyrus! Does anyone have pics of her tan, high-arched, undoubtedly ticklish feet?
