yeah, hey, would there be any special reason that you are naming all of your clip files TC-005, TC-006, etc? i mean, are you trying to fool people that we are you, or you are us?

i have to come right out and say it. that's not cool at all. do you think you could maybe come up with your own personal file name format, since i doubt your company is also named TC Video?

it would be really appreciated by both us and future customers of yours. why make it confusing?

I like the basic idea of your video, but TCVideo makes a good point. I was convinced at first that it was one of theirs. Even the picture looked similar at first, till I looked more closely. I don't think thats cool and I am sure many others here would feel the same way about sapping ideas and image from one of the main contributors to the community.

So why start off with that kind of stigma. Rather figure out a more original and individual name and presentation.

To the OP, I suggest you change the names of your clips. If we see any clips that start with TC that are not posted by TC himself they are deleted on sight.

Well in defense of the poor guy,
I didn't take offense, nor was I confused that his video was a TC video production.
The clip clearly says his company website. The clip was not of the clarity or quality of TC Video. TC I don't think you should be worried about this at all. It's just a file name.

Plus I think you should view this as a complement, that the way you have presented your videos to us, is the professional way of presenting all clips for viewers to view.

Friends before we hang this man shouldn't we examine the evidence a little closer? 1) The gentleman is from Poland. 2) As previously mentioned the clip is clearly marked www.tickleplay.com in the upper left corner. 3) The quality and content of the clip can't compare or be mistaken for TC's work. I'm sure a simple e.mail explaining the confusion caused by his use of the TC header will surf ice. Then if her refuses to comply we hang the Son Of A Bitch!.................Lovs

TC video, it would be an extremely smart decision to get this girl on some tickle torture videos. Her laugh absolutely melts me, and she is the cutest ticklee I have ever seen.

I took TC as abbreviation for "Tickling". Trample clips I call
TR, crush clips CR and so on.
I havent't got bad intentions, so please stop accusing me.
As you can see, I've changed all names yet.

I am Italian... Maybe in Usa law is different... But in Italy it is needed a copyright to obtain an "exclusive" for a name... In Italy, to have the right to be the unique ones that can use a name, we have to pay a tax to the State... in this case the law protect us and we can even ask money as reparation, if someone uses our name... otherwise everyone is free to use the name that he wants... I can't understand why Peterek has been attacked so much... if his name would be Theodor Candy (this name doesn't exist, I take it just as example), maybe he would just want to name their clips with his initials... where it would be the problem?
My surname begins with M... my last name with D... I would find natural to name my clips (if I would make them) with MD... MD-001, MD-002 and so on... what I would do so wrong?
