They don't lol but we do have carpeting in my house. Even still my socks almost always get disgusting, but I wear black ones a lot for work and stuff so it's not to bad.

I sometimes get them before gatherings, but they are a frivolous expensive that I don't really enjoy. I find them annoying and they always hurt a bit.
