i have this video clip as well as 2 other clips, one of them is much better than the clip from this pic.

Val, it came from a site ( www.tickle.ru ) which I think is no longer in existence, or has changed it's URL. When I Google'd for it the only thing I got was this: http://members.lycos.co.uk/laskotki/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=12& which is a Polish forum in which on the second page someone apparantly (I don't know the Polish language) made an enquiry about....and yes, those 2 in the bathing suits do look rather young.

Hold on there: tickling is not inherently sexual.
It's just like warmth, pain, and so on.
A body sensation.

BUT this forum is 18+ only, so files being posted here become adult in nature.
Since they are shared by adults for adults.

Context makes or breaks it: if authorities were to check this forum for questionable files, they might assume any underage content is kid porn.
And have it closed down.

That's why mods would rather stay safe.
 
Aye, exactly: it might seem unreasonable that tickling, or feet, or just anything not directly related to sex, becomes adult stuff just because it is being shared over an adult forum.

On the other hand, consider this: current USA laws consider kid-porn *any* kind of adult material, unless proof of age can be presented.
