Sucks that the whole thing had to happen at all. I can never look at Eaton Centre the same way again.

We do. Most illegal guns are smuggled in from the United States. The rest are stolen from law-abiding gun owners.

Just because there are laws on the books doesn't mean criminals can't get to them anyway, of course.
