That may be because the actors in such films are not egotistical, narcissistic, spoiled brats. High budget films hire those types.Sometimes the best movies are the ones with the lowest budgets.
Quite true.Sometimes the best movies are the ones with the lowest budgets.
Like 90 percent of Hollywood these days lolThat may be because the actors in such films are not egotistical, narcissistic, spoiled brats. High budget films hire those types.![]()

Seems these days though peeps are striking back. Most of these big budget movies are losing money 💰Yes, you have got Hollywood diagnosed. 😀
Yes! The public is tired of remakes and endless superhero movies with the same characters over and over again.Seems these days though peeps are striking back. Most of these big budget movies are losing money 💰
Yea they want new stories and new ideas. 👍Yes! The public is tired of remakes and endless superhero movies with the same characters over and over again.
That is exactly what is scarce in Hollywood now.Yea they want new stories and new ideas. 👍
Yes exactly. Almost everything is remakes it seems. That is exactly what is scarce in Hollywood now.
I think it's mainly the latter. Remakes and sequels were just easy ways to keep making money. They're out of good ideas 🙁. Or lazy to think of new ones!
I haven't been to a theater in decades. With my eyesight now might not ever go. Only movies I ever watch are a few independent made films I see on prime video or a free streaming sevice. That's why I rarely see movies in the theater any more. I prefer classic movies on TV (as long as they are shown without commercials).
Yes stuff over 2 hours is a bit much I agree. Me and dad use to go the movies about once a month. Lots of fond memories there.I go once a month to the movies. I like it still...I really don't like movies much over 2 hours though. I like when they are 90-120 minutes.
Yea those were good times 😀Oh yeah father/son stuff is stuff you will never forget...the only long movie I saw that I liked was Batman. The last one that came out a few years ago was 3 hours which is crazy but it went by fast.
3 hrs and 30 min....man that is long time. Longest movie I saw I think was Ben His. That was 3 hrs I think. The only long movie that I've seen in recent years was "The Brutalist." It was over 3 hours and 30 minutes long! Fortunately, there was a 15-moinute intermission during which I visited the Men's Room.
I agree. Yea over 3 hours is a bit much.I thought that "The Brutalist" was a good movie, but cutting it down to about two hours could have (with the correct cuts) have made it a great movie.
