Before GS got me on a diet, I weighed 192 pounds. 😱
It is not really a trick. With the notable exceptions of when I pig out, I don't eat any pasta or bread any more. Zero calories in beverages: seltzer or green tea without sugar or milk. When pigging out, I can have a shot of single malt whiskey. Only dark chocolate for desert.That is quite COMMENDABLE. 😀 What is your TRICK? 😀

And more exercise: Brisk walking (4mph) three times a week for 45 minutes, following by walking upstairs to get home. (I live on the 8th floor.)
Pigging out is permitted when I am under 141 pounds. Emergency dieting occurs when I am at 144 or above.
It would be an exaggeration to say that I feel young again. That would be impossible. But I do feel about the way I felt at age 50. (I will be 65 next month.)
GS has done me a lot of GOOD.

It is very difficult. You have to shock you body with a burst of exercise at the beginning. Also, carbs (bread, pasta, beer) have to GO. 🙁 🙁I am having a hard time losing WEIGHT. 🙁

One other key is this, suggested to me by GS: Keep to your diet six days a week, but allow yourself to cheat a little on the seventh day. It will give you something to which you can look FORWARD. 😀

His antics don't bother me much, because I used to eat that way every DAY. 😱Paracarl should stop making fun of your eating habits. I bet you are much thinner than he IS. 😀
We all have something that we can't give up. For me it is chocolate. So have your pizza but exercise portion CONTROL. 😀I could not give up PIZZA. 😀
