Hollywood Brother and Wildwood NJ

Brother I was in Wildwood and Cape May N.J back in late 90's having best time of my life it was December 4th and Cape May had their Christmas time holliday extraordinare, spent two two nights at a B&B in Wildwoood and two Nights at a B&B in Cape May; loved the Old Victorian themes and homes dating back to early 1800's. The Funtown pier in Seaside is being seized by the local goverment,so 90 condos can be slapped on it after they demolish all the rides.In Long Branch NJ it is even worse.They are seizing beachfront property through illegal use of Imminent Domain laws and putting up 2 million dollar condos that look like cardboard cut-outs.All the hardworking locals from Long Branch are being replaced by trust-fund brats and yuppies.The NJ goverment is so corrupt,I'm starting to feel like I'm living in an Orwell novel.

the hollywood brother think that part of the problem is that people are willing to pay so much for the property and the condos. if people stop paying millions for these condos then they will stop getting built quickly.

For some reason there seems to be an unlimited supply of millionaires who look like they never worked a day in their lives,flooding the Jersey area.

We get the last laugh though,since the builder is Hovanian.
When I was in construction years ago ,I was on some of his sites and saw their workmanship.Those million dollar condos are built out of such crap that they will never last 15 years.The ones at the shore will not last a good storm or hurricane.
