Hello, hello. After recently ending a 5 year relationship, I've decided it's time to officially join the forums. I've been lurking around here and there, but hadn't really been able to interact due to conflicts with my partner at the time.

Anyway, some information about myself: I've had a major foot fetish ever since I can remember, and if the "tickling thing" wasn't there at first, it followed soon after. I recall seeing many now infamous and classic moments during my morning and after school cartoons that gave me that "funny feeling" -- April O'neal being interrogated, some show where a bear was locked in a tower dungeon being tickled for information about a recipe having to do with berries, you get the drift.

Though it has taken awhile, I have been fortunate enough to indulge in many of my tickling fantasies with my previous partner, which I of course will share in good time.

Well today is exactly 1 month that I have been introduced to the tickling fet. My Dom and I met at a Halloween party of a mutual friend and immediately hit it off not realizing this about each other. Hello all, I'm Ricky but everyone calls me Rick. I was born and raised in Michigan and currently live in Wyandotte. I enjoy playing Texas HoldEm, and Eucher. I enjoy a good book whenever I get the chance, either science fiction/fantasy, mystery, or true crimes are my prefered choices. I enjoy watching movies, though I tend to lean more toward the older movies with John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, Henry Fonda, Jimmy Stewart, etc...

I've been into tickling for as long as I can remember. As a kid and into my teens I was usually the one being tickled since I was rather small for my age. At 16 I seemed to shoot up over night, which allowed me to turn the tables on would be ticklers. Since then I've been primarily the tickler, a few times allowing myself to be the ticklee.

I guess that's about it for now, except to say I am honored to be a member of this community. I hope everyone has a great holiday season, and look forward to meeting more of the great people on this site.

So, I have an online friend who's big into true crime novels. So much so, that I decided to pick up a couple at the used bookstore myself, as I hadn't read one in years. My question: Are there any that read decently? Apparently, an author named Ann Rule is popular? I ask only because the first one I'm a third of the way into is garbage, and reminds me of why I haven't tried any true-crime in awhile.

Hey Rick (great name by the way), haven't really had a chance to read alot latley. I did read one of her's though, wasn't really impressed with her writing style she seemed to dwell more on her own thoughts than the story itself. You might try Simon Says by Kathryn Eastburn or The Devil in the White city by Erik Larson. The last few books I have read were Science fiction, Issac Asimov's Foundation Trilogy.

Thanks for the recommendations. I sure hope the other true crime novel I picked up for cheap is better than the one I'm wading through at present. It's so "by the numbers" I'm finding it tedious. Depending on how she goes about it, I might be able to handle some Ann Rule, depending on how her approach is. Too much of the authors own opinions could easily spoil a book.

Then again, I remember being blown away by Vincent Bugliosi's Helter Skelter, recounting of the Manson Family murders and subsequent trial(he was the prosecutor) when I read that decades ago. Now THAT was gripping true crime reading.

BTW - Boffo job on afew of those threads down in the nontickling image ghetto! Sheer eye candy, man!

Hey everyone, thought I'd post a little about myself here since I'm interacting more in the forums now. I joined about a year ago and was merrily lurking until Slaver123 started a thread on building a tickling machine. That was enough to get me posting ideas and now he, Smade and I are working on the project.

More than anything else I consider myself a musician. I've played the piano for almost 14 years and I like to think I'm pretty good at it. I write my own music but I probably won't post any here. I also like to write short stories, mostly comedy, build computer games or other little programs and read endless amounts of drivel that people stick on the internet. I don't get out much.

I'm a 20 y.o. male living in Melbourne, Australia where there are apparently no females aware of such a thing as a tickling fetish. Mind you my last girlfriend liked to tickle me but was sadly almost completely unmoved by tickling herself.

I'm sure it's possible but knowing the male:female ratio of sites like this I can't hold out much hope. I do believe I saw one female 'ler just over 30 years my senior at TMF once :lol And I think there might be a Melbourne in Canada if memory serves correctly.

And you won't be shelling out big bucks for the tickling machine when it's up and running, just enough to buy the parts to build it yourself. We're trying to keep prices down but alas some things just don't come cheap.

As far as tickling goes, I really am ticklish just about everywhere, and I'm loud. =/ Mom calls me a screamer. I don't think I scream, I just.. well I guess screamer might sound better than squawker.
