LBH- feel free to feature Aye in any chapter you please! I'd feel more than honored to see her make a cameo in your work. ^___^
...
Crap! I'm supposed to be working on an Aye piece!...
Thank you! And I eagerly await more of Aye's veiled adventures with the Fairy Tale crowd! That fleecy ewe is an irresistible cutie!
Oh WOW! yet another chapter of the Low Roads ongoing story, which is destined to become legendary (if not already) in our community. There's a little less tickling/fetish action in this chapter, I see, but who is complaining when one gets the nail-biting tension in the storyline.
Once again, Scav, my fondest thanks for all your enthusiastic encouragement! From a creator already legendary for his flood of superior community contributions, your plaudits couldn't be more prized!
I'm so pleased that, even when the fetish content is slight, you find things to enjoy in these chapters! Once the project is finished and the story can be seen as a whole, my hope is that the story will display a good balance: scenes of intense tickling interwoven with moments of event exposition, background history and action. With luck, there'll be something for all interests (and not too long to wait for any of it), blended into a cohesive unit. That's once the story is completed... till then, we'll have to slog through this narrative piecemeal, hoping for the best!
Dr. Feare's gypsy-like caravan provides yet another deepening of the plot. I wonder, how much further into Tabor County will we venture? To the sea and beyond... That most certainly sounds promising! At the same time Persephony and officer Growler are in that pueblo village... We should have a map of your world, that would be awesome!
Tabor's boundaries actually terminate at the edge of the Gloominvald (the forest is unincorporated territory), the idea being to cloister both Tabor residents and the bogey threat. A county map (perhaps sub-sectioned and featuring a terrain legend) is indeed a terrific idea! It would help readers maintain their bearings, doubtless cutting down on much confusion! Thanks so much for the suggestion! I'll give it priority consideration!
Meanwhile there's sid rampaging through the hollows of the Low Roads (He certainly has the looks of a Shoggoth here -like right out of "the Mountains of Madness". The thought of this formless monstrosity encountering some ticklish females sounds promising indeed.
Lovecraft is never far from the Low Roads storytelling... I need to rein him in occasionally to keep him from taking over! It isn't wise to copy a source too closely; one risks his independent identity. It's darned tempting though... as models, Cthulhu and his slimy brethren attract with outre novelty that's become all pervasive! Time for me to apply independent thought, before Sid and his pals are reduced to Elder God wannabes!
I definitely need to get Sid some girlfriends! XD It was a great idea before, and even better now that I hear it a second time! I've got an idea for an encounter that may satisfy without being blatant or repetative... we'll see!
One of my favourite scenes (apart from the dark swashbuckling appearance of Von Smutt -I character I'm starting to like more and more) is without a doubt the one where Mercy sticks out her foot teasing the villains to tickle her more -taking a read hot iron would be the very last thing on MY mind 😉 🙂
I was actually a little tremulous about the hot metal! The threat of tickling is one thing: one can laugh off the effects, and there's always the possibility of hidden pleasure beneath the complaint. Branding's something else entirely... no way to see it as anything other than pure torture! That's why the iron isn't brandished for more than a couple of panels!
I'm very pleased you liked the taunting scene! I was eager to show Mercy in a position of unexpected power, heedless of her prisoner status. Her bravado was finally up-ended, but it was still meant to represent budding confidence in the face of crisis, an indication of her growth.
Thanks once again for taking the time to write so thoroughly, Scav! I always appreciate your kindness, your perspective and the special energy of your commentaries!
