Well I'll be around, but once again my job is being taken out from under me on April 10. I don't know if I'll have the means to get there to actually stay and participate at this moment in time. I live very close by though so when people head out to restaurants etc, I can drive up. The main thing for me is seeing my friends and I don't want to miss out on that.

You'll see just how easily that can be done. NEST doesn't revolve around us...or any other individuals. You'll all have a grand time with or without us. Lee puts far too much into things for that to matter! We'll try to call at some point and say hello.

Yes, Ann. We will survive at NEST without you and Drew and Ray and Tracy. and have a good time surviving. That's not the point. The point is that we want you all to know that we think you're special, and that we'll miss you all and hope that you all will be back at a NEST sooner rather than later. In the meantime we wish you good health and happiness.

Thanks, Dave! I almost missed this thread myself! lol Glad we have a spot to express our regrets without drawing folks away from the OT. I probably should have started a new thread myself. Didn't think our post would get things off track. Sorry! 🙂

On a more personal note, I hope you and the little lady (she'll likely kill me for that!) have a wonderful trip. Post pics when you get back!

🙄 Actually, when I pmed Dave after finding things split off, I requested a title change from what he originally had in order to express the spirit of the posts. Those of us who can't make it DO regret that fact. Thus my requested title. Drew & I plan everything else around NEST every year so that we're sure to be able to make it. This year, that option simply isn't there. Between blowing through all of our reserve money helping my dad after his fall and our entire future currently in question, we simply can't spend money we don't have right now. Not much we can do about it.

unfortunately im not able to make myself this year, i gotta alot of other travel plans booked for the whole month of april, i'll probably try to make it , next year. For those who dont remember im the one who did the Carlton Banks dance for the talent show last year. Yall have fun, take care.
