To loose weight you have to eat fewer calories than you burn.
If you add some muscle you'll metabolise faster and burn more....so exercise, some weights and lower the intake of fat, carbs aren't too bad but don't over do it.... and replace fat with protein. Don't forget fruit and veggies.


I'm trying to gain some weight ....I'm too skinny.


To get ripped and muscular you have to really cut out fat, it's a hard way to live though. You're genetically predisposed to like fat. It's only in the past few hundred years that we've more food than we need.
 
I just had some good homeade mashed potatoes, broccoli & cheese, and steak.....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm YUMMY! 😛
