I can name at least two people I'd want to tickle-torture me. One would be Sarah Michelle Gellar. The other one would be Sabrina, who tickled Esther in Magic Touch Productions' video "Esther's First Time".

I'd gladly be either Sarah's or Sabrina's tickle-slave for life. :-D

While I would definitely say my first pick is that True Love somewhere out there that I'm still waiting to find, statements about being tickled by a "Bad Girl" do capture my curiosity.

I suspect it might be interesting to be tickled by Shirley Manson, the lead singer of Garbage, especially after having seen the video for "Queer" recently. ("Hey boy, take a look at me, let me dirty up your mind... I'll strip away your hard veneer and see what I can find...")
