Fleetwood Mac for me too. Stevie Nix was so enchanting when they were in their prime. Go Your Own Way, Rhiannon, Landslide. REO probably has a better body of work overall but if I had to pick one song between the two of them, I would probably pick 4 or 5 Fleetwood before an REO.

Another vote here for REO. Taking nothing away from Fleetwood Mac, but when I think of 80's power ballad (not trying to pigeon-hole Dave, I just do), REO rings to the forefront every time.

i think that bands who now play in casinos/county fairs should be excluded. so that means fleetwood mac wins by default.

REO had, without a doubt, a better overall body of work, and more songs that still see play, the kinds of songs that are truly timeless. I have a hard time saying that about BigMac.
