Doesn't look like this seller was out to screw anybody. Since the laptop worked when received, the seller is a stellar feller.

Be careful with E-bay recs, some live and/or die by them.

You'll forgive me if I don't put him on my Xmas card list. The laptop was junk in my humble opinion and he did lie to me about its config. he said it was 950 Mhz and it was only 700 Mhz. 😀 😀
