Cool beans I got some more work done on that Akuyaku #1 tank I'll post some in work pix if you like 😀 😛Not too bad. Finsihed two screen savers today including one in a new flash (.swf) format. 😀 😀 😛

Sure would love to see them. 😀 😀 😛
here ya go then my friend
The first pic is what the crew area on the anime tank looks like The kit did not come with an interior The front turret is armed with a primary cannon of 152mm aka God has spoken Secondary cannon is a 76mm
The rear turrets with the guns facing up are anti-aircraft lasers 😀 😛
Thank you my friend For now the paint scheme will be a dark gray base, with a chocolate brown camo pattern 😀 😛WOW. Very neat looking. What colors you gonna paint it? 😀 😀 😛

This will be my coolest model ever 😀 😛
Other than Warhammer 40K,I don't know of any others 😀 😛Yes it sure looks like it. 😀 I wonder how many Sci-Fi Tank models they make. 😀

The Warhammer Tank I bet is really cool. 😀
You know with the cool stuff available from art places like castable acrylic resins and glitter I bet you could make a cool laser gun for a tank.
😀 😀 😛
Warhammer 40K is a miniatures type war game It's set in the 41st milenium There are also paperback books on it as well I think the figures for the games are white metal The tanks are plastic
I've never worked with acrylic resins I wonder if they are easy to work with 😀 😛
These days there are number of different resins so I am sure there is something that it easy to use. A clear "glass like" gun would be perfect for laser turret if you could find a mold to cast it. 😀 😀 😛
I know RTV material makes a good mold for resin Some people can carve their own molds into parts they want That's talent there 😀 😛
Yea I always wanted to try that. I could do a lotta cool things with resins. I have worked with metal foils and stuff. Copper, Brass, Aluminum and such. 😀 😀 😛
What did you usually make with that stuff? 😀 😛
Mainly Stellated Platonic solids like you see below in the widdle video clip. They look very starlike and I use to photograph them and import them into the computer for use in textures and 3d graphics. 😀 😀 😛
Very^999999999999999999999999999999 nice Thanks for posting it 😀 😛
Gotta be careful with metal my friend I worked in aircraft sheetmetal when I was in the USAF Metal cuts hurt Especially metal splinters that get under the skin 😀 😛Thanks and you are most welcome. 😀 😀 😛
The thicker foils were harder to bend and shape. Boy did I cut my hands a lot on them LOL.

Sounds like you had a great teacher 😀 😛Oh I know. My dad was a silversmith and metal spinner so I learned a lot from him. Only 10 year old knew how to use an Oxyacetylene torch. LOL 😀 😀 😛

In some ways I miss it But then I enjoy traveling I think I have Gypsy blood in me I can't sit in one place for more that a few days 😛Thanks. Yea I always liked working with metal. 😀 😀 😛
