Actually they even had a water main break and let it gush out water for ten days with the excuse it could not be fixed cause of the rains. It lost 10 million gallons of water. Ahhhhh goverment at work 😛

Yea they are even replacing bulbs with the new CFL bulbs here before the old ones burn out which is costing the state a lot of money. Money which we dont have 🙁
