Well, I had a rather lovely day. I went for a walk to get my exercise in, and I'm feeling well.

Doing great for someone who had to get up at 3 am or so I'm glad I took a nap this afternoon,plus I was able to get to a grocery store

As hard as some things are for us, and some days are certainly better than others, a nap can be a best cure for almost anything. I've found I feel better after a good nap.

I will agree that certain items are harder to find at the store. I like to buy a Family size Honey Bunches Of Oats because it's a better deal than buying the smaller one, and it's missing from the shelf lately. 🙁

Yea I think in part its due to the economy. Stores are afraid to stock certain items for fear they wont sell and will lose money on them.
