I'm fine, Kurch. I hope you are well today. 😀 😛

I should be online tomorrow, too, but then I will be in Baltimore by Friday afternoon.
😀 😛
Yes, I know that you don't travel, Kurch. It's very good of you to take care of your parents. 😀 😛
All too true. I'm glad that I have a brother to share the obligation. 😀 😛
All too often the other siblings back away when one starts to help.
😀 😛
Here's a rather horrible case from among the people in my high school class that I've kept in touch with: This guy, call him John, has two brothers. Neither of them helped one bit over the last few years as John moved into their father's house and took care of him in his final illness. He died last month at age 95. Now the two brothers are quick to arrive and talk about their one-third's of what the house will sell for, leaving John looking for a place to live.![]()

That's good advice, Kurch. I will pass it along to John (not his real name). 😀 😛
In this case one of the brothers is estranged anyway, hasn't been at family functions since the last century.
😀 😛
John was hurt by their lack of gratitude for giving up his apartment to move in with their father years ago and help. He expected better of at least his older brother, the younger one being the estranged member of the family.
Oh well, if you want to see real gratitude, then buy a dog and give it a big steak. 😀 😛
Yes, vorpal bunnies know about genuine gratitude. 😀 😛
True, and they are very^9999999999999999999999999999 smart also. 😀 😛
