I'm all for taking care of the planet because it's our home and just like we don't trash our houses, we shouldn't trash the planet. But people are overreacting.

They banned incadescent light bulbs here in CA. Well its a phase out thing really but its toatally ridiculous.

They banned High Energy TVs here too. Something else thats ridiculous.

If they want us to use more energy efficient things, don't ban the high energy ones but give us an incentive to buy the more energy efficient ones. It's all about affordability.

Yes I agree. Those were my exact thoughts. You see though its not actually about helping the enviroment its about more goeverment control.
