The bill will almost certainly pass now. 🙁 If I can find some grant money to start up my business I can break even or even come out a bit ahead. It will be hard for me to make a profit for the first few years with the fines. 🙁

The fine part will almost certainly pass. Seems to be the only thing everyone on the left agrees on. It is why I called many on the left hypocrites for saying that want to help the poor but then suddenly calling them freeloaders and wanting to fine them. Like I said its only the right kind of poor they want to help.
