March is usually the snowiest month of the year in Minnesota, but it didn't snow at all. The last time it didn't snow in March was nearly 150 years ago! 😱

It's bad near the coast in parts of Connecticut and Long Island and it's bad near the Passaic River in New Jersey. 🙁 🙁
Here in Manhattan, it's just deep street puddles. 😀 😛
