Found the post. Very big potholes. 😱 We get smaller ones here in NYC and they do fix them promptly in Manhattan. (People in other boroughs often complain that they aren't fixed promptly.)

That's why I usually stay out of P&R. But you should post a reply of the form: "This is supposed to be about the new regulations on fuel standards for big trucks. Start your own thread if you wish to discuss _______," where you fill in the blank with what the hijacker is discussing.
