Aww. Have you been getting to bed early enough to get a good night's sleep? Very important to get 7 or 8 hours of sleep.

I have never slept 7 or 8 hours my entire life I am lucky if I get 5. 😛
I couldn't deal with only 5 hours of sleep per night on a long-term basis. 😱

That is true. Everyone is wired differently. The average person needs about 8 hours of sleep; there are some who only need 5, 6 hours of sleep. I need at least 8 or 9 to make it through the day without a nap. 😛
