Prices here vary a lot. In the poor parts of LA things are kinda cheap but things get very pricey in Belair and Beverly Hills.

Hookahs are quite popular about the 20-something crowd. There is debate whether or not smoking hookahs are safe since you're breathing in smoke even though it's diluted by the water.

For a long time fireworks were banned in Minnesota, but about ten years ago, they allowed for small fireworks to be purchased and shot off. If we want the good stuff we either go to South Dakota or Wisconsin.

They are legal in some parts of Los Angeles. Its just hard to remember where LOL. Its keeps changing too I think. 😛 The fines are rather steep so I dont bother anymore. Its ashame cause I really like fireworks. 😀
