In my experience, men don't tend to own many pairs of shoes. I'm sure there are men that deviate from this, but for the most part they find a comfortable functional pair and wear them into the ground.
All I can afford is one pair of shoes. 😛

Quite so. I have one everyday pair that I'm wearing into the ground and one dress pair to wear on formal occasions. 😀 😛

Well I go to a conservatory. I'm surrounded by gay guys that own a ton of shoes! I had a gay guy friend who had 30 pairs of shoes. Metrosexuals own a lot of shoes too.

I have four pairs of shoes
new balance sneakers
sandals
hiking boots from Cabella's-they have the Gortex water proof in them
A pair of Wolverine winter boots-they have Gortex and Thinsulate

99% of the time outdoors, I'm wearing my one pair of brown Rockports which are very comfortable. 😀 😛

I've never had a Metrosexual boyfriend. I think if we were constantly fighting about hair products and blowdryers, and who is prettier, I'd go insane.

I know what you mean. I'm not a fan of ultra pretty boys and yes I go to Shenandoah Conservatory of Music. I'm a vocal performance major.

I caught it just as started to hit the flame part. There was a good amount of smoke. Its lucky I was there and saw the monitor went dead. Otherwise things could have been nastier. 😱

When I can afford it I usually have 3 pairs of shoes all the same style. That comes more from my OCD tendencies rather then from any sense of style. 😀

The Gortex and Thinsulate along with the waterproofing system sounds magnificent.
Those 4 different shoes will go into any climate which is necessary in your line of work.

the boots that have gortex and thinsulate,I bought back in 2002/They were on sale for $69 or so.They are normally well over $100 😱
I will need a new pair of hikers soon.the ones I have now are a few years old. I wear them when it is late fall,and winter. 😀 😛
