I don't think Jeff would be deliberately mean about it. I mean to me, the whole point of submitting a banner is to bring the TMF community closer together by getting people to participate.

I agree that was the purpose of the whole banner thing was/is to help everyone know everyone else a bit better.

Paypal is just a per transaction fee.

Merchant Accounts have transaction fees and monthly fees as well. They appeal though most to the consumer. 😀

The charge the seller the fees. Its up to the seller if he/she wants to pass on the cost.
