Yes, there is a limit of 500 characters. I ran into it once before when I added the SPU logo and had to eliminate something. 🙁

You can do what I did and just include the Silly People Unianimous as a text in blue and then see if that clears you enough space. 🙂

I wasnt aware of the limit I just try not to push the boundaries to far in my sig. Since the mods are pretty nice about it for the most part. 😀 😛

I only got my butt chewed once because I had too many pics going horizontal and it was breaking the bandwidth.

I keep my sig pics about the size of the biggest sig pic created by Mimi. One of the mods used that as a rule of thumb for size of pics. 🙂

Nope. Though you have to be careful with how many you stack up because I know in the past many people complained about too big of signatures that you have to scroll past to get to the next post. I think most people know what they can and can't do in their sigs by now. 😀

I think the bandwith is the same either way its more of the way it messes up the way the page displays I think they dont like. 😀

That's usually because someone posted a pic that was too wide. You can let a mod know and they can let the poster know or go in and edit it themselves.

Yes, it's usually a photo that causes that problem.
