never understood why you end up on hold for so long. When you call a 800 number,they are paying for that service.Being on hold for long periods have to be costly. 😀 😛

I always had the feeling especially if its a massive problem like the outage in my area they either dont have enough people to answer or just dont want to answer the calls but rather then just say that they try to give the illusion of service
