I find if my day is just not right, I give myself a free pass. It just means that the pressure is off me for things, and I don't constantly have to pretend to feel good if I don't. I'd like to issue you one, Kurchiecakes. Just relax and be yourself. We are long standing friends that understand.

That should be the least moderated sub-forum. After all, their is a warning(in all caps) sign, and if it was moderated - their would be no P&R forum for the most part.
