LOL Well like I said in P and R the good part is we would get two new senators and a new governor as opposed to the crappy ones we have now. 😛

Really though the whole thing is a mess. LA would still be part of California even though it really is most of Southern California. Its only like about 13 counties not part of LA that would secede. So you could actually drive up from San Diego and go in and out of the States of Souther California and California several times.

This issue comes up all the time. Nothing ever happens. I suspect this attempt will end up going nowhere as well. No matter what the federal government has to ok it even if it does pass all through all the hoops it must here.

Thanks again. I read the comment and you are right. If a bunch of liberal judges get a hold on making a ruling they will likely say the law is constitutional even though it is not. Same problem we have with Obaminationcare. 😛
