Well A bechamel sauce is a cooked flour sauce (like thick gravy) so a flour sauce on flour (pasta) is just not that appetizing. 😛

Is layers of noodles, then ricotta (a creamy Italian cheese), then with a layer of little tiny meatballs and a layer of marinara sauce.

As Julia Child use to always say make the right way and just dont eat a ton of it or eat it all the time. 🙂
