Wish it would get a tad warmer here in So Cal. Been dropping into the 30s at night. Brrrr.

How is the weather where you are at?
 
From Thursday afternoon until yesterday afternoon we had a nasty rainstorm with gale force winds. Just awful. I stayed indoors. Today it is clear and cold. :shivering:
 
Wow sorry about the bad weather. Smart move to stay inside. I stayed inside as well when the worst of the cold was here.

I heard it's suppose to be a bad winter across much of the US. Hopefully it's not as bad as they predict.

I didn't know that it ever snowed in L.A.
I do remember being outraged that a game at Dodger Stadium which I was attending had a one-hour rain delay. 😛 That was back in the early 1990's.

It's pretty rare... Especially if you are talking about the valley part of Los Angeles where I am at. The are other pars of So Cal where snow is more frequent because elevation is higher and it's a bit further north. My cousin was in Palmdale and snow was more frequent there.
 
I've never been to Palmdale but I was told it was beyond the San Gabriel Mountains from Dodger Stadium.
 
Yea it is out there...my cousin lever there for a bit. There was a lot of defense jobs there...but they all fell apart... mainly due to taxes and regulations I think.

It is very sad that California has lost many jobs, including defense jobs, due to high taxes and excessive regulations. If I were a 22-year-old new college graduate in California, then I would be deciding whether to move to Florida or to Texas. 😀
 
I was going to move after mom passed away. To Tennese or Florida. Sadly I had my strokes and that kept me here in So Cal.

That is very sad, my friend. It falls under the category of things one can not do anything about, so you have to deal with the reality of the present, as do we all. 🙁

Yea very true. Just wish the government here in California would be smarter.i have a better chance at growing a new set of eyes though lol

Yea I love quotes like that

My mom use to say "teddy bears are just little pieces of God in cuddly containers" that's how I came up with the idea for THE POST
