The problem is not the age of the computer really but the Denial of Service Attacks I am getting that disconnect me from the net. I hope the MS patches I have gotten have fixed that. 😀 😀 😛

Is it a new type of virus? 🙁

Yes I think so. It exploits a hole in MS windows XP (MS06-040) Much like MSBlaster or Sasser did it first uses the server to overload your buffer and the tries to upload a virus or trojan. The overload causes the system to crash or disconnect from the net. A very nasty thing indeed. 😀 😀 😛
