Thanks Bohemianne It was fun building it^ Wow, General Zod, such awesome babies you got there...![]()

Yes it does I am looking to put a bit of a bump on it to make it look more real and used. 😀 😀 😛
That would be neat Or some gouge marks where enemy rounds bounced off the armor 😀 😛
I wouldn't know what a bump mask is A program? 😀 😛Yea just a few dents here or there if I can find the right bump mask.
😀 😀 😛

Thanks for the explanation my friend 😀 😛Generally any 3d object in a 3d program is made up of the object itself and the material. The material is composed of a texture (what the material looks like metal, rubber, glass etc.) and then a bump mask or map which gives the material some addtional 3d relief amd makes it more realisitic. In this case a bump of some dents or gouges would be appopriate. Materials have other properties as well like refelctivity and transperency for example. 😀 😀 😛

That would be cool Would the whole tank be made of diamond,or just the main body? 😀 😛You are most welcome. I want to make a tank out of diamond. 😀 😀 😛

Well I am not sure yet to be honest. For a totally stealth tank I would make the whole thing out diamond and change the refractive index to a lower value for the main body. Refractive index is the amount a transparent object bends light. So Diamond has a high refractive index so it bends light a lot, air has a small refractive index so it bends light very little. The end result would be a stealth like tank whose main body would be barely noticable. 😀 😀 😛
I am trying to figure if diamonds would be good for the tracks or not 😀 😛
I like the sound of that 😀 😛I know its not always easy to tell. Sometimes you have to just try it and see how it looks. I might try a transparent texture with lightning swirls in it, that might be neat. 😀 😀 😛

Oh yes my friend 😀 😛Thanks. 😀 It would be sorta like a transparent tank with a slight static discharge of blue electricity around it. That would be super futuristic I think. 😀 😛
Oh yes my friend 😀 😛
On and off switch maybe? 😀 😛The tricky part is to make it not too stealthy so people can still see how neat it looks. LOL 😀 😀 😛
On and off switch maybe? 😀 😛
I knew that 😛Well I met for the artwork. If it renders so transparent you cant see or make out anything then its a bit pointless. 😉 😛

Sorta like the guy that paints a Polar Bear in a snow storm and all you see is a white background and three black dots (two for the eyes and one for the nose) Hehehehehe. 😀 😀 😛
I admire artists like that 😛
