The human eye is a wonderful thing. 🙂

Some modelers go with "scale effect" on their paint job.The smaller the scale,the lighter shade the paint should be. 😀 😛
 
I can see it on darker colors,using scale effect. Paint is a funny thing.Even adding too much thinner,or not stirring/shaking the paint right can effect the shade,or make flat paint a bit shiny.

Yes there are a lot of different ways to effect the final look of something. There are even things you can add to the paints. 😀

Like paint retarder.That slows down the drying time. I usually use acrylics.One bad thing about acrylic is,it does dry faster than enamels,or oil paints.

Yup. Acrylics do dry pretty fast. I like them cause they have lots of varying textures and looks. 🙂

Yeah. I usually use acrylic paint in my airbrush.When I want to do fine lines for camo,like real thin lines,I usually use enamel,because they won't dry as fast as acrylic. 😀 😛

Cool.

I usually am always going for odd effects and so stick with acrylics. Once I take the photos and put them into the computer I can do loads of neat stuff. 😀
