No, the Mets never give refunds. It was as good as cash for buying tickets for any future game that season. I did use it that way.

The Mets are not nice to their customers and never have been. I saw them lose to the Atlanta Braves in the game I attended using that ticket to buy a new one. It was a heart-breaking 9-8 loss for them and I laughed.
