Well I did a little poking around. The CEO looks like he is about 12 LOL My guess is when things were starting to go bad he didnt have the balls to be a proper businessman and just up and left.

Yea it is. Not so uncommon with web hosting though. All you need is a few servers and boom you can have a company.
