California doesn't have the money to bail them out and even Obama isn't stupid enough to think the voters will sit still for a Federal bailout of a city.

True. Problem is LA is close to bankruptcy as well. So that would be really bad PR for the Pres. So they will likely funnel money in to us or they will fire a bunch of government employees and try to surpress it in the press.
