But to answer your question Heaven is very structured. THE CREATOR operates from his seat of power. His energy is so divine so all powering so consuming that to even look upon would result in the demise of almost any individual. If THE CREATOR has to come from his place of power to deal with this the battle will shock the very core of the cosmos. This is something even THE CREATOR can not control. The are rules for us all even THE CREATOR though his standards are quite different.
