If you seriously want to donate blood just look for the American Red Cross in the phone book... I've given about 20 times! That is over 2 gallons!

I seriously found a place to go but it is in West Hartford and I can't give until July 20th🙁

It is seriously safe to donate every 56 days so I try to do it six times a year. I gave plasma earlier this year though.

Donating blood isn't a problem even if you have diabetes... they don't check for it either.

ok, this is a serious lecture. You need to find out if you have it because not knowing is WAY worse and does very bad things to your body. It doesn't become a "bad sight" if you know you have it and take care of yourself. Follow that doctors orders... that is all you have to do.

And give blood!!! It's so easy and painless!!!

i have been check out the last time i went for a physical, So i always do go and get it checked, And i thank you my nurse for always being there for my health. You are always the first one i call on with a medical question.

And i hate needles!!!!!! But i will give blood !!!! 😉
