I'm trying the remedy of drinking no caffeine after 5pm.

I gave up coffee and no luck

So I am drinking coffee again and will try something else.

If I wake up I fall right back to sleep.

I am not bad though for a guy that doesn't see well.

I've been following it daily to start the year.

I plan to continue that all season long.

The Dodgers have begun the 2025 season with seven straight victories.

7-0 is their best start since moving to L.A. in 1958.

I hope it goes on for longer.
