The voice of April O'Neil is on cameo...

I know that, but I'm wondering what the cause of the problem within that is. Is it time consuming having to draw and animate each frame? Is there a problem with the software he's using to draw/animate/edit? Is he dealing with something in his personal life that's eating up a lot of his time?

Uh yes, drawing and animating each frame does take a long time. Even for a seasoned pro, which I am not. As for your speculating about my personal life, that just comes across as extremely weird. Please don't.

I'm not surprised the drawing and animation part is what's holding you back. If you haven't done so already, have you thought of hiring other animators to take the stress off you? I didn't mean to offend when talking about your personal life, but I do know its very important and things come up within it.

Gang, this is taking me forever. Would people want me to just release the audio alone?

Not to rain on everyone's parade, but shouldn't you ask her? If she's specifically charging to make audio recordings, you would think there's some kind of copyright involved, or at least an expectation? What do the Cameo TOS say?

Generally, the person who commissions and pays for a Cameo recording can share it as long as they don't make money from it.

Thanks for waiting folks. I wanted to do this clip some justice, and if I couldn't draw an entirely new scene, at least present the new audio nicely with some visuals.

A while back, I did a thread in Tickling Discussion https://www.ticklingforum.com/threads/the-voice-of-april-oneil-is-on-cameo.443800/

I approached the real voice actor of April O'Neil on Cameo, and got her to record some lines for me. My original plan was to teach myself to animate, etc and draw a scene around this. My own art skill wasn't quite up to the task.

So, I tried something a bit different, and overlaid the original animation and music with the new voice clip.

I hope you enjoy! It was a real honour to put this together.
