Ok, tickling community...speak up! We've had our times in the past where we've all had our focus drawn to problems, questions, complaints etc. about our humble abode, so let's flip the coin.
What is it that keeps you coming back to the TMF in particular? What floats your boat about our little corner of cyberspace? It can be anything, as long as it's positive. I'm curious about what has drawn so many here. Is it the pics? The discussion? The chat? Combinations of these? Here's your chance to join the circle and sing kumbaya...
I'd like to get as many members of our community involved in this thread as possible, so don't be shy. Mods, veterans, newbies...chime in!
As far as I'm concerned, I consider the TMF my "home base" on the Web, so to speak. It's probably the sense of community and belonging that kept me coming back after I accidentaly cruised through here back in the ezboard days. The TMF is a place where I feel no judgement for my lifestyle and a sense of being able to help those who aren't yet as open about things. The fact that we are so well moderated has an appeal that you can't find in too many other destinations on the Web. In fact, I doubt I'd still be here if it were a constant flame-war.
The other thing that I really like about the Forum is the contributions from all over the world. We've got artwork, fiction, true-tales and tickling discussions coming in from everywhere. Many of us who produce material either got our start here, or at least got our work out into the public eye through the TMF or one of its affiliated friends. (MTJ, ExtremeTickling, etc.)
Finally, I love the fact that we have a General Discussion area. Even though this can be the most ticklish forum to Moderate (pun intended), it shows that we are all real people with real interests who share a strong common bond. I've met and played with many people I've found on the TMF, and I've found I have a lot in common with many through GenDis and TKDis. I guess you could say it kills the notion that we're all a bunch of pervs. Well, ok...I am, but that's beside the point.
So, speak up! Let's hear it for the TMF!
😎
