It's somewhat different to needleplay, you know...for a start they're injecting a vaccine under ones skin, rather than inserting a needle into ones nipple and then hitting said nipple repeatedly.

The latter turns me on a smidge more. 😀

Well, the needle sort of stays put, you know? And the pointy bit is already out the other side, so in effect you have a surface piercing with a very thin barb. The pain is caused by hitting the needles so the (blunt) sides of the needles break capillaries, which releases endorphins/adrenaline in the process.

And, once that's happened, you don't tend to notice the other needles going in. 😀

Now much, really. Been taking a biiiig break from things while I try and sort my head out.
I'm still crossdressing, though. 😛

EDIT: Your pain is like what we (men) feel when we see/hear about someone getting kicked in the balls. 😀

That said, I was thinking about it the other day; if I had to choose between being outted to everyone by someone else, or telling all and sundry that I'm a crossdresser, I reckon being outted via someone else would probably be easier.
