I just made some Jell-O today and I forgot how fun it is. It's jiggly. :blink

Jello actually had a series of flavors meant for making salads. My mother once served vegetables esconsced in a serving of their "Italian" flavor. Then they discontinued it. Darn it!

Well you could buy the flavorless gelatin and mix it with some Italian dressing. My ex-wife used to make coffee jello that way. It was real good.
