I'm pretty sure that this site is for real. It has serveral videos, but i'm not going to click them.

The images are definitely fake. The opening pic was done in a paint program to simulate the severing of the foot at the ankle. If the foot was really severed, then the toes would not be able to point and there would be no obvious signs of blood flow in the heel and toes as there is in the pic. There are several muscles and tendons responsible for the foot flexing that way that require the foot's attachment to the ankle of a living human being to make it work, such as the Extensor digitorum Longus Tendon, the Peroneous Tertious Tendon, and the Abductor Hallucis and Flexor Hallucis Brevis muscles - all of which aid in the flexing of the foot.

As far as the pics on the inside of the site that display what appears to be feet with the toes and heels bitten off. It is a latex mold of a human foot. Fetish sites and adult stores now sell "Life-like" female feet complete with painted toenails, wrinkles in the soles, and life-like skin tones. The advertisements claim that the feet feel so real, you can't tell the difference. You can see the gelatin-like sheen and consistency of the "flesh" where the bites appear. Its the same stuff (latex) that they use to make "Life-like" replicas of Porn stars' anatomies...er...the private parts.
