I'd say "Wow, you are REALLY ticklish there. hmm I don’t think she is really ticklish there. She would hide any reaction just to get back at you for finding her weak spots. At this point she sees it as a challenge and she wants to seem tough. She would say “that’s all you got?”

If her car broke down I would offer to take her there only if she removed her shoes at my car and put her legs on my lap as I was driving. I would also give her some tickles too. How would you feel about that?

She would definitely say it out loud because she would be super ticklish but also to make me mad. I would be very jealous that you brought my wife in this position and I would try to stop it but my wife maybe enjoys this.
