I wish there were a small tickling fetish tattoo we could put some where so it would be easyer to find each other. What do you all think?

There was a thread a while back where people made suggestions. The best one I saw was the BDSM symbol, but with feathers. I think I may still have a pic of it somewhere, if I can find it...

I got a feather on my rib cage a while back and I know there's at least one or two others that have had the same idea.

Cavum and Haribish! have one, if my memory serves me correctly. It's a stylized "nerve tree"... consensus at the time seemed to accept this particular image as the representative symbol of Knismolagnia. Can't find a readily available image to provide, perhaps one of the aforementioned can chime in.

I don't know... with all the threads about complaints from folks within the community being tickle-groped without invitation by socially inept neanderthals, I am remiss to imagine what a little symbol might signal to these mouth-breathers, as well as the vanilla social neanderthals that find out what said symbol means.

Well, unless you walk around naked everywhere, you can have the tattoo placed somewhere that you could control who sees it and who doesn't.

Where would you have that then? Forehead? Otherwise I don't know how we would recognize each other better with a tattoo. 🙂

Its certainly a quandary as far as a brandished symbol is concerned... but, good old fashioned conversation hasn't failed me yet.

Yeah, I really don't think the chances of bumping into another tickle fetishist in everyday life are that high. And even if you did, how would they know your tattoo was really tickle-related? I can barely remember the symbol Rusty mentioned. And even then, I'd be kind of weirded out if someone approached me about tickling based on my tattoo when I was like running errands and shit.

Only if I can ask random women to show me all of their tattoos, no matter the location, and they have to reciprocate or I dunno get fined or something. Otherwise, no I'm against the idea.

Here is my Knismolagniac "Nauron Tree" tattoo! :bubbly:

I had debated once about adding a tickle-related tat that wouldn't be in plain sight but then I thought about the challenge it would explaining to anyone who did happen to spot it and that ended it.

i thought of that exact same thing not too long ago and was going to post the same thought to the members. 😉

There's tons of different examples of neuron tree tats on google images too:

I found the descriptor that goes with that neuron tree foot tat (below), now imagine if some overly enthusiastic mouth-breathing tickler thinks it's the gal's signal for tickle fetish rather than a remembrance of her father's fight with Lou Gehrig disease... hilarity ensues, i'm sure.

""“This neuron tattoo was done a few months ago. When I was 18, my dad passed away from Lou Gehrig’s, which is a disease of motor neurons that innervate muscles. His battle with neurodegeneration helped me decide on a career in medical research, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Neuroscience.”–Lindsay""

I read that too, I was just posting as an example. I don't think the chances of someone getting approached by a mouth-breathing fetishist, or a normal fetishist, in every day life is really that high.

At any rate, there goes any light-heartedness that this thread had. Let's further degenerate it into a serious one about creeps.

Well, that's the point. A tattoo is a pretty serious and mostly permanent addition to one's life, so perhaps getting one under the misunderstanding that there is some sort of Tickle Fetish Community consensus on a global representative design (and even if there was) the ramifications of what a symbol on a body or a bumper sticker, for that matter, would garner in a social situation, deserves some in-depth discussion. I'm gonna leave being "light-hearted" about tattoos to drunken sailors and that chick that woke from a bender with stars all over her face.

You're entitled to your opinion, CAB, but I don't think it really pertains to the topic of the thread.

I mean, does anyone really not understand that tattoos are permanent?
