Well, unless you walk around naked everywhere, you can have the tattoo placed somewhere that you could control who sees it and who doesn't.
Where would you have that then? Forehead? Otherwise I don't know how we would recognize each other better with a tattoo. 🙂
Cavum and Haribish! have one, if my memory serves me correctly. It's a stylized "nerve tree"... consensus at the time seemed to accept this particular image as the representative symbol of Knismolagnia. Can't find a readily available image to provide, perhaps one of the aforementioned can chime in.

I got a feather on my rib cage a while back and I know there's at least one or two others that have had the same idea.
There's tons of different examples of neuron tree tats on google images too:

""“This neuron tattoo was done a few months ago. When I was 18, my dad passed away from Lou Gehrig’s, which is a disease of motor neurons that innervate muscles. His battle with neurodegeneration helped me decide on a career in medical research, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Neuroscience.”–Lindsay""
I found the descriptor that goes with that neuron tree foot tat (below), now imagine if some overly enthusiastic mouth-breathing tickler thinks it's the gal's signal for tickle fetish rather than a remembrance of her father's fight with Lou Gehrig disease... hilarity ensues, i'm sure.
I read that too, I was just posting as an example. I don't think the chances of someone getting approached by a mouth-breathing fetishist, or a normal fetishist, in every day life is really that high.
At any rate, there goes any light-heartedness that this thread had. Let's further degenerate it into a serious one about creeps.
You're entitled to your opinion, CAB, but I don't think it really pertains to the topic of the thread. I mean, does anyone really not understand that tattoos are permanent?
